eighty ("we", "us") values your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you use our website audit, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
eighty · Website Audit is a trade name of TEAM FIFTEEN B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 83309926 (VAT: NL862823882B01), located at Amatastraat 10, 5631 EJ Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Contact: privacy@8t.nl.
What data we process
- The website address you enter. This is the URL we analyse. It is usually not personal data, but in exceptional cases it may contain it.
- Payment data. Payments run through Stripe. We do not receive full card or bank details; Stripe processes those as an independent processor. We only see whether a payment succeeded.
- Technical data. Limited server logs (such as IP address and timestamp) needed to operate and secure the service.
- Aggregate analytics. We count page views and visits with Vercel Web Analytics. This is cookieless and not linked to your identity; it does not build a profile or track you across websites.
- Waitlist email. If you join the platform waitlist, we store your email address to contact you about the launch.
Why and on what basis
- Running the audit and delivering the report (performance of the contract).
- Processing your payment (performance of the contract).
- Security, fraud prevention and keeping the service working (legitimate interest).
- Contacting you about the waitlist (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- Meeting legal obligations, such as tax retention.
Who we share data with
- Stripe:for payment processing.
- Google PageSpeed Insights:the website address you enter is sent to Google to measure speed.
- Supabase & Vercel:our hosting and database providers for running the service.
We never sell your data and do not share it for advertising purposes.
Retention
Scan results are kept no longer than necessary to deliver your report. Payment and invoice data are kept as long as the law requires (typically 7 years for tax records). Server logs are kept briefly.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object. Send your request to privacy@8t.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption and strict security headers.
